My name is Anu Simh, and I specialize in guiding clients to achieve and sustain their ideal weight by empowering them with a deep understanding of the gut microbiome, brain responses, and the transformative power of mindset shifts.
Many of my clients call me the Weight Maintenance Guru because I help busy women break free from yo-yo weight cycles, balance their hormones, and reset their metabolism for lasting change.

So...why do I do what I do?
Like many perimenopausal women, I began experiencing gut issues, constant fatigue, and unexplained weight gain. Despite visiting multiple doctors, I couldn’t get answers, and my symptoms continued to worsen.
After a particularly discouraging visit to a doctor who laughed off my symptoms, I decided to take matters into my own hands and use my science background to investigate the root of my health problems.
My approach goes beyond simply addressing the gut, hormones, and brain, which many in the health field focus on. What sets my coaching apart is my ability to guide clients in reframing their mindset—a critical component for achieving and enjoying lasting change. By empowering clients to shift their thinking, they can sustain their ideal weight and embrace a healthier lifestyle for good

Anu Simh is a board-certified functional health coach, Ayurvedic counselor, and founder of 9 Arms of Wellness, a comprehensive health philosophy that addresses gut health, brain responses, and sleep disruption. Her personal experiences with gut issues, and lack of energy inspired her to develop a proprietary protocol helping busy women break free from yo-yo weight gain.
Based in La Jolla, California, Anu works with clients nationwide virtually. Her soon-to-be-published book, Feed Your Microbiome to Flourish, reveals the importance of gut health for overall well-being and includes more than 50 plant-based recipes.
