Anu and Nine Arms of Wellness is the best decision I could have made for myself. I had gotten to the point in my life where I realized that exercise was not enough to make a dent in my weight. I had lost the same ~20-25lbs over & over again only to regain it back. I realized that if I wanted to truly lose weight I needed to focus on my nutrition and let the exercise be secondary. I was frustrated and tired of the hamster wheel I was on and I needed to make this shift.
At the start of 2022, I was at a high of 242lbs. I started with Anu in June of 2022 at a weight of ~236lbs. I have been with Anu for over a year now and have managed to lose ~82lbs and counting. I am currently hovering around 160lbs. Through Anu's program, I was able to work on my nutrition, eating habits, listen to what my body needed, gain energy, fix my microbiome, improve my sleep, manage stress, and so much more.  I feel so much lighter, healthier, happier and younger, and I don't ever want to go backwards. I am a new and improved version of my past self!

Anu with Nine Arms of Wellness has helped add years to my life! I was diagnosed with Diverticulitis in March and  I tried to heal my gut health on my own to no avail. I found Anu and in May started her coaching sessions. My gut health is greatly improved and I released 30 lbs in the process.
