Anu, founder of 9 Arms of Wellness and author of Flourish From Within, is on a mission to help busy women live at their ideal weight by nourishing their microbiome. 

Her mantra is: “Optimal health is your birthright.” 

 

Her approach focuses on simple, realistic habits rather than calorie counting or restrictive diets. She believes healthy living should fit naturally into everyday life while still enjoying delicious meals and desserts. 

 

A key part of her program is supporting the gut microbiome through proper nutrition, better sleep, and alignment with the body’s natural rhythms to improve metabolism, reduce inflammation, and promote lasting weight loss.

Tulika's mission is to empower you to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values. Having transformed her  own life through overcoming health challenges and embracing positive change, she is passionate about helping others do the same. 

 

Over the past few years, she has created meaningful positive changes in her life by balancing her passions, responsibilities, and personal growth. She runs a successful pet-sitting business from home, leads a thriving book club of over thirty readers, and serves on the HOA Board of Directors. Through meditation, daily walks, and rekindling her love for playing the tabla, she continues to prioritize mindfulness and creativity. What once felt impossible as a mother of two became achievable through the right mindset and a healthy body.


Grace Topp

As a mother, wife, and former chronic symptom sufferer, Grace understands the challenges of managing health while juggling life's responsibilities. Her mission is to empower busy parents to discover the transformative power of proper nutrition and self-care. 

 

In her late 40s, she began struggling with fatigue, nausea, brain fog, and weight gain, despite trying countless treatments and visiting multiple doctors. Temporary relief came through acupuncture, chiropractic care, and naturopathy, but nothing truly lasted. 

 

Her breakthrough came when she discovered functional nutrition. Through simple, sustainable lifestyle changes, she regained her energy, lost weight, cleared her brain fog, and restored her confidence both physically and emotionally.
